    1 cup sesame seeds
    2 tablespoons fructose or 1/8 teaspoon Stevia powder

    Recipe



    Grind sesame seeds in a small electric seed/nut/coffee grinder. Pour sesame meal into a larger bowl and mix fructose into the meal with a large spoon.

    Add a little water if the mixture is too dry. Make small balls about 3/4". Roll balls in sesame seeds or shredded coconut, then refrigerate.

    Notes from BL: Again this is a raw recipe and so it won't be what most people expect from traditional halvah. If you use the stevia powder, you might want to add the glycerin to make it more manageable and to be sure the stevia gets fully incorporated with the seed paste.

    I didn't add water, I add a bit of coconut milk just to have it a little creamier.
