Makes 4 cups
List of Ingredients
1 c sesame seeds, hulled
4 cups water
2 Tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice)Recipe
Toast sesame seeds in 300 F oven for 20 minutes. Stir often to prevent burning.
Combine 1/2 c seeds with 2 c. water and 1 tbsp. honey
and process for 2 minutes, or until seeds are liquified.
Repeat with an additional 1/2 cup raw seeds and 2 cups water.
Strain through a large strainer lined with a paper coffee filter, using the back of a large spoon to press as much liquid as possible from the mush.
Refrigerate milk and use with 3 days.
