Applesauce Pancakes

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rice flour
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons potato starch flour
1 1/2 teaspoons GF baking powder
1 cup milk sub
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 Tablespoons cf margerine
1 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)Recipe
Mix together flours, starches, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
Combine both bowls.
Stir to remove the lumps and cook on a griddle as usual.
Note: Pancakes made with gf flours take longer to cook. You will want to wait until the top of the pancake is almost dry before flipping.
