Blender Crepes

List of Ingredients
1 2/3 cups of warm water (we use room temp 7 UP)
3 Tbls cf margerine cut into 1" pieces)
1 cup Bette hagman's feather light (recipe filed under flour mixes)
3 large eggs
1 tsp gf vanilla ( I use 1 tsp vanilla powder)
1/2 tsp salt
Recipe
Place ingredients in to the blender.
Cover and blend on mix for 10 seconds.
Turn off blender.
Scrape sides with spatula.
Turn on blender on mix for 5-10 more seconds until smooth.
Turn off.
Refrigerate in a cover container over night.
Stir well before using.
Medium Heat.
Use 3 Tbls of batter for each crepe.
Cook one minute on each side.
