List of Ingredients
1/2 cup sorghum
1/3 cup almond meal
1/3 cup potato starch
1/2 of a medium banana, mashed, around 1/2 cup (you could also use pumpkin, squash, etc)
2 Tbls coconut oil
1 Tbls flax seeds
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp cinnamon (opt)
1 1/3 cup water or gf/cf milk subRecipe
Mix all ingredients in bowl, and stir with spoon just until moistened. (it should be thinner than cake batter)
Drop by spoonfuls (desired size) onto pre-heated griddle or skillet.
Let cook until top is almost dry.
Flip and continue to cook until done.
Serve with powdered sugar, agave, or 100% pure maple syrup.
