In A Pinch Pancake

List of Ingredients
1 Ms Roben's White Cake Mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
2/3 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cup of water (warm)plus extra to thin if neccessary
Recipe
Empty cake mix into a large bowl, add the eggs, oil, applesauce and water.
Mix with a whisk until blend.
Set aside for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes the liquids will have been absorbed.
Add extra warm water (up to 3/4 of a cup) a little at a time until the batter is pourable and runs.
Heat oil in a electric skillet making sure it is well coated.
Drop 1/2 cup measures of pancake mix onto the hot skillet.
Watch for bubbles, flip when the pancake is mostly bubbles.
Serve warm with syrup, jam or fruit.
