    List of Ingredients




    ¾ cup rice flour

    ¼ cup pecan meal

    1 ½ Tablespoons of brown sugar (I leave this out and we still like them.)

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    ½ teaspoon baking soda

    ½ teaspoon allspice

    ½ teaspoon cinnamon

    ¼ teaspoon ginger

    ¼ teaspoon salt



    Wet Ingredients
    1 cup gfcf milk

    ½ cup pumpkin (When I open a can of pumpkin, I freeze the leftover in ½ cup
    portions.)

    1 egg

    1 T. oil

    1 T. lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.

    Recipe



    Mix the wet ingredients and mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Spray cast iron pan with gfcf pan spray and fry.
