Wild Rice Pancakes

List of Ingredients
1 cup GF Flour blend
1 cup milk sub
1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 tablespoon aluminium free baking powder
1 litre eggs (3 - 4 whole eggs)
1/2 cup pre- cooked wild rice
2 tablespoons pureed baby food carrots or squash
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons margarine or olive oil(if margarine
met to room temp)
Recipe
1. Sift dry ingredients.
2. Beat egg, milk sub and puree in another bowl and pour into dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
3. Add margarine and milk sub (a little at a time until proper consistency).
4. Drop batter by tablespoons onto preheated, lightly-greased griddle.
