Hot and Cold Thai Noodles

List of Ingredients
1/2 lb gf/cf spaghetti
1/4 cup wheat free Tamari
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 Tbls rice wine or apple cider vinegar
1 Tbl dark sesami oil
1 Tbl hot sauce
2 Cups shedded veggies (carrots, cabbage, celery, cucumber, bean
sprouts, whatever!)
3 Scallions, chopped
Recipe
Put peanut butter in a large glass bowl and nuke it for 30-40 seconds to soften it up some.
Add Tamari, vinegar, sesami oil, and hot sauce and whisk together.
Make spaghetti, and cold shock it to stop it cooking.
Throw the noodles into the sauce bowl along with all the veggies and mix it up well.
