    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup brown rice flour
    1/4 cup sweet rice flour
    1 egg
    pinch salt
    1 T water

    Recipe

    Beat all ingredients together.

    Scrape into a spaetzle maker, a pastry bag with a small round or flat tip, or into a freezer-grade zip-lock bag [snip a small (less than an M&M) corner off the bag].

    Have your stew, soup, or salted water simmering steadily.

    Push the dough into the liquid, cook a few minutes until dumplings rise to the surface and then a few minutes more.

    If you are cooking for a side dish (make probably 2 or 3 times the quantity), drain and place in a buttered casserole.

    Dot with butter.

    Place in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.
