    Recipe Introduction

    From the kitchens of Randy Paquette and Josh Imhoff Adapted by Lily Belland

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup gfcf margarine
    1 cup water
    1 cup gf flour (whatever mix you use is great)
    1/8 tsp.salt
    4 eggs
    1/2tsp vanilla (optional)
    dessert filling (Nutriwhip) or whipped coconut cream flavored to taste

    Recipe

    In a heavy saucepan, place water, margarine and salt over heat.

    When mixture boils hard, add flour, all at once and take off heat, stirring hard until soft ball stage.

    Beat eggs, one at a time, into the dough until mixture thickens and is smooth.

    Add vanilla.

    Place with 2 spoons into greased cupcake tins and bake at 450F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat (about 250F) and bake another 20 minutes until golden.

    Cool thoroughly.

    Fill with cooled, sweetend whipped filling and serve.
