List of Ingredients
4 lg Cucumbers
2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 tsp Freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup Distilled white vinegar
Garnish fresh sprigs dill
4 tsp Minced fresh dillRecipe
Peel, seed and coarsely grate cucumber; drain thoroughly in strainer.
Place in medium bowl.
Mix in remaining ingredients except dill sprigs.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. (Can be stored in Refrigerator 1 week.)
Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with dill.
