List of Ingredients
* 4 - 5 Japanese cucumbers (long english will work too)
* 1 Tbsp wasabi powder
* 4 Tbsp sugar
* 1 Tbsp salt
Recipe
Sprinkle some salt over cucumbers. Roll the cucumbers on a cutting board to soften and release juices.
Mix wasabi powder, sugar, and salt in a plastic bag. Put cucumbers in the plastic bag and shake the bag. Tie the plastic bag and leave it in the refrigerator overnight or 4 to 5 hours.
Lightly wash the pickles and slice diagonally into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
Make 6 to 8 servings
