Banana Mango Pie

Crust:
2 cups almonds
1/2 cup dates (pitted and soaked)
Filling:
4 mangos
6 bananas
Recipe
FOR CRUST:
In a food processor or vitamix, grind the almonds until fine.
Add the dates and blend until smooth.
Remove from processor and pat down into a pie plate.
For Filling:
Peel the meat off the 4 mangos and place in a food processor or vitamix, along with 4 of the bananas (peeled).
Blend until smooth.
Slice the remaining 2 banans and place in a bowl.
Add the mango, banana mixture and stir well.
Spoon filling into crust and refridgerate for a few hours before serving.
Kathy's note: I like to serve it frozen.
