    Crumb Crust

    Recipe Introduction

    Makes 1-9 inch pie shell

    List of Ingredients

    1- 1/2 cups GFCF crumbs (GFCF cookies make good crumbs) or crushed GFCF cereal (corn pops work good)
    6 tablespoons GFCF margerine or shortning, at room temperature

    Recipe

    Mix the crumbs and margarine in a small bowl. Make sure the crumbs are evenly coated.

    Press the mixture into a pie plate, making the crust as even as possible.

    Bake five minutes or until slightly browned. Or, chill until firm instead of baking.
