List of Ingredients
2 packages (16 oz.) Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1-1/3 cups canned or cooked pumpkin
1-1/4 tsp. cinammon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Recipe
Using electric mixer, beat "cream cheese" until fluffy.
Add sugar and egg, beating after each addition. Add spices and pumpkin, mix well.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake at 325 for about 40 minutes or until filling is set.
Cool on wire rack for one hour, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
