List of Ingredients
7" frozen pre-made gfcf pizza crust
1 Tbls organic pizza/pasta sauce
1 small potato
salt
oregano or italian seasoningRecipe
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Shred potato into a bowl of salted water.
Spread sauce onto pizza crust.
Drain potato and sqeeze out excess water.
Sprinkle potato shreds over pizza crust.
Sprinkle on oregano/italian seasoning.
Place on parchmemt lined pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
