    List of Ingredients




    6-oz. Italian or Regular Sausage or favorite ground meat
    1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
    1/2 cup shredded tofu
    1/3 cup marinara sauce
    1 12 bisquit batch of GFCF bisquit dough divided into 8 balls or 1 batch GFCF pizza dough divided into 8 balls

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400 F.

    In a skillet brown meat and chopped green bell pepper, drain.
    Stir in olives, tofu, and marinara sauce.

    Press each ball into 5-inch round.

    Spoon 2 tablespoons sausage mixture onto center of each biscuit; fold. Seal edges with fork.

    Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes, or until lightly browned.
