    1 T. dry yeast
    2/3 cup brown rice flour
    1/2 cup tapioca flour
    2 T. powdered milk or non-dairy powdered coffee creamer (we use Dari-Free)
    2 tsp xanthan gum
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp unflavored gelatin
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
    2/3 cup warm water
    1/2 tsp honey (or sugar)
    1 tsp olive oil (we use light
    1 tsp cider vinegar

    Recipe



    In medium bowl using regular mix all of the dry ingredients til well mixed.

    Mix all of the wet ingredients together (water, honey, olive oil and vinegar).

    Pour wet ingredients into mixing bowl with dry ingredients.

    Blend on low speed to mix.

    Beat on high speed for 3 minutes (I set a timer).

    Scrape the sides and mix for another 30 seconds.
    If the dough is too stiff add water if necessary.

    Allow mixture to set for at least 5 minutes.

    Put mixture on lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan.

    Bake pizza crust for 10 minutes at 425 F.
    Add the rest of your toppings to your liking and bake for another 10 minutes or until brown.
