    CrockPot Stuffed Baked Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    Wash 4 - 6 large baking poatoes and pat dry. Prick lightly with a fork. Rub entire potato with olive oil, sea salt and pepper.

    Wrap potatoes in unbleached parchment paper. Bake on low for 8 - 12 hours. To serve, steam favorite veggies or meatballs. Cut slit down center of potato and squeeze to fluff out center. Top with "safe" butter sub, olive oil, etc...sea salt and pepper. Top with favorite toppings like veggies and "safe" cheeze, marinara and meatballs, diced chicken and pesto, etc.

    Can also be done by using sweet poatoes, and serve with "safe" butter sub, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 100% pure maple syrup.
