List of Ingredients
1 large yam, peeled & cut into chunks 1
1/3 cup cf margerine(coconut butter or olive oil)
1/3 cup chicken stock
salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
In a large pot; cook potatoes and yams until tender.
Drain well.
Mash potatoes with margerine and chicken stock.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 4
