Chicken (or Turkey) Casserole

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 cup GFCF mayonnaise*
1-2 cups cooked, cubed chicken (or turkey)
1 cup toasted, slivered almonds
2 TBSP lemon juice (juice from about 1/2 a lemon)
1/2 cup chicken (or turkey) stock
2 cups chicken (or turkey) gravy
sprinkle sea salt
Recipe
Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly.
Place in casserole dish.
Cover with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Spoon onto rice.
