4 chicken legs
2 shallots, minced
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp dried sage
16 scallions
1 cup dry white wine or apple juice
3 tbsp olive oil
Recipe
Heat oil in the pressure cooker; add the shallots and sauté until they are transparent.
Add the sage and chicken legs.
Brown and add the wine, scallions, and carrots.
Close the pot and cook for 8 minutes on high pressure.
