Rice Pudding with Egg

List of Ingredients
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 Tablespoon ghee or cf margerine
1 cup cooked white rice
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk sub
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon GF vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
nutmeg
Administrative Note: Some who are extremely sensitive may still react to ghee as it is a dairy product. Recipe
Mix ingredients together.
Put in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for a total of 60 minutes.
Stir every 20 minutes and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg after the 2nd stirring.
Serves 5.
