    1 1/4 cups Quinoa Flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 cup shortening
    1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 tbsp toasted Norquin Brand Quinoa grain
    1 egg

    Recipe



    Sift together 1st 3 ingredinets.

    In a seperate bowl cream together remaining ingredients excluding the egg.

    Blend in the egg.

    Stir in dry ingredients.

    Shape into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet about 3 inches apart.

    Press ½ inch thick with floured fork.

    Bake in preheated 350 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until
    nicely browned.

    Makes 3-4 dozen cookies.
