    1/2 cup water
    2 tsp sugar
    1 1/2 tbsp dry yeast

    Dissolve the 2 tsp. of sugar in 1/2 cup luke warm
    water. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit 10 minutes
    until it starts foaming.

    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 tsp vinegar
    3/4 cup water

    Mix oil with vinegar and 3/4 c. water

    3 large eggs
    1/3 cup sugar (less the 2 tsp above)
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
    2 cup quinoa flour
    2 cup tapioca flour
    3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

    Recipe



    Sift together dry ingredients.

    Stir in the yeast mixture and the oil/vinegar mixture into the dry ingredients.

    Then add eggs and beat for 2 minutes with the mixer on high.

    With a large serving spoon or an ice cream scoop,
    spoon like drop biscuits onto greased cookie sheet.

    Let rise in a warm oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
