Quinoa and Wild Rice

List of Ingredients
1 cup Wild Rice
1 cup NorQuin Quinoa
1/3 cup bacon, chopped (nitrite/nitrate free)
1/2 cup celery
1 onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. cf margarine
Recipe
Cook Wild Rice in 4 cups boiling water about 1 hour
until all water has been absorbed.
During the last 15 minutes, add Quinoa and, if rice is
almost dry, 1 additional cup of boiling water.
While rice is cooking, fry the bacon in a pan.
When crisp, remove and drain.
Mix vegetables and bacon with rice and Quinoa mixture
in a casserole dish.
Microwave on high for 10 mins. or in the oven at 350 F for 1/2 hour.
