Serves 6
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 1/2 cups fresh parsley --chopped
5 green onions --thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper --cut in thin strips
3 eggs -- separated
1/2 cup grated soymage
1 1/2 cups GFCF milk
2 T GFCF margarine or olive oil (optional)
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Cook rice. Mix all ingredients together gently, except egg whites.
Beat egg whites stiffly and fold into rice mixture.
Spoon into oiled 9 x 13 casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
