2 avocados
2 chicken breasts
coconut oil Recipe
1. Thoroughly cook the chicken breasts (I use a steamer). Grind them in a food processor.
2. Add peeled avocado and grind in food processor.
3. Spoon out in a ball formation as much as you want to cook for an avocado chicken tot over coconut oil coated pan. Keep the rest in the refrigerator and use throughout the week.
