List of Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
3 slices SCD-legal bacon, cooked and crumbled
Recipe
1. Cook cauliflower whole or cut in florets.
2. Drain cauliflower and set aside, keeping warm.
3. Combine mayonnaise, pimiento and green pepper; spread over hot cauliflower.
4. Sprinkle with bacon.
