    2 1/2 cups almond flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon white or cider vinegar
    1 cup coconut yogurt
    3 eggs, separated, whites beaten until stiff

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

    2. Combine all ingredients except egg whites in food processor or blender, mix well.

    3. Fold in egg whites.

    4. Pour batter (yes, it will be pourable) into greased 8x4 loaf pan (I use Pyrex).

    5. Bake for 45 min. until golden on top.

    6. Serve slices toasted and buttered, smells like french toast!
