Just one of many flavoured mayonnaises to make life interesting.


List of Ingredients




2 pinches (threads) of saffron
1 tblsp boiling water
1 cup GFCF mayo

Recipe



Grind 2 pinches of saffron in a mortar and add 1 tablespoon boiling water to infuse for several minutes.

Stir this into 1 cup of GFCF mayonnaise.

Serve with roasted red peppers and tomatoes, fried potatoes,
Mediterranean-style soups, lentils or chickpeas.
