BLT Stuffed Tomatoes

List of Ingredients
4 - med/lg tomatoes tops cut off and insides scooped out
2 - 6oz cans drained tuna
2 - green onions sliced thin
1 - stalk celery chopped
6 - slices cooked and crumbled bacon
2 - tsp dijon mustard
gf/cf mayo (enough to make moist)
pepper to taste
green leaf lettuce
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place cleaned tomatoes in small baking pan.
Mix tuna, onions, celery, bacon, mustard and mayo in
bowl.
Fill tomatoes with tuna mix and sprinkle pepper
on top.
Cook approximately 10 minutes. Not too long, or the
tomatoes will become too soft.
Place cooked tomatoes on lettuce and serve.
Tracy's Notes: I could have used more spices, but the rest of the family tought they were good as is. The ones who can
tolerate cheese liked melted cheddar on top. Also, they would have been great not cooked as well.
