Bethany's Black Bean Salad

List of Ingredients
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn (kernels NOT creamed)
1 bunch of green onions, chopped (about 5 green onions or ½ to ¾ cup regular onion)
2 plum tomatoes, chopped (regular tomatoes can be used but they would have to be seeded)
1 T cilantro, chopped (fresh is best, but dried is good too. For fresh use almost 2 Tablespoons)
2 T lime juice
2 T olive oil
1 lg clove garlic, crushed
Recipe
Mix all ingredients.
Can be chilled awhile or served immediately.
