Black Bean, Corn & Quinoa Salad

List of Ingredients
1 cup cooked Black Turtle Beans
1 cup cooked Organic Quinoa Grain
1 cup sweet corn, cooked (fresh, frozen or canned)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 Tb. sugar
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp. Oregano, Mediterranean
2 Tb. lime or lemon juice
1 Tb. vinegar
6 oz. Hot & Spicy V-8 or Tomato JuiceRecipe
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and stir. Chill for 1/2 hour and serve.
Yield: 4-5 servings
