List of Ingredients
3 1/2 cups (840 ml) thinly sliced green cabbage
3 cups (720 ml) thinly sliced red cabbage
3 medium carrots, peeled and coarsely shredded
1 cup (240 ml) finely chopped broccoli
1 large leaf of kale, finely sliced
1/4 cup (60 ml) black raisins
1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons organic canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 dashes Tabasco Sauce (optional)
3 cherry tomatoes
Few sprigs of parsley or cilantroRecipe
Combine all the ingredients, except the tomatoes and the parsley, in a large bowl and toss well to distribute vegetables and seasonings evenly.
Garnish with the cherry tomatoes nestled into a bed of parsley at the edge of the bowl.
