    From Family Style Magazine (Publix Grocer)

    List of Ingredients




    8 cups cut up romaine lettuce
    1 roasted or rotisserie chicken, skinned,
    meat removed from the bone and coarsely chopped
    (about 4 cups)
    1 large apple cored and cut into wedges
    1 1/2 cups green and/or red seedles grapes halved
    1/4 cup water 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    1 Tbls low sodium soy sauce (gf or wheat free tamari)
    2 tsp honey
    2 tsp cider vinegar (gf)
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

    Recipe



    On 6 salad plates arrange romaine, chicken, apple and grapes.

    In a small bowl whisk together water, peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger and crushed red pepper.

    Drizzle peanut butter mixture over arranged salads.

    Serves 6
