Easy Tuna Pasta Salad

List of Ingredients
500 ml (2 c)small gf pasta, cooked to package directions
500 ml (2 c)chopped vegetables(broccoli,carrots,red/green peppers)
50 ml (1/4 c)salad dressing (ranch or greek)
50 ml (1/4 c)daiya cheese, grated
50 ml (1/4 c)black olives, pitted & halved
1 small can tuna, drained & flaked
Recipe
In a large bowl; add cooked pasta and vegetables. Gently mix. Add favourite dressing and toss to coat. Add cheese, olives and tuna.
Blend well.
Refrigerate to chill.
Serves: 4
Note from BL: Any rice or other gf pasta will work well.
