1 1/2 cups grated carrots (3 med)
1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and fresh ground pepperRecipe
Peel and grate carrots.
Toss with vinegar and sugar; add salt and pepper to taste.
Let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes and serve with meal.
