Pea Salad

Serves 8 - 10
List of Ingredients
For the Dressing:
3 T sugar
1/4 c vinegar (cider, white or red wine)
1/3 t salt
1/3 t pepper
1 T water
3 T olive oil
For the salad:
1 can (16 oz) peas, drained
1 can (16 oz) white corn, drained
1 can (16 oz) French style green beans, drained
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
water chestnuts, slivered
pimento (optional)
Recipe
Mix dressing ingredients together, bring to a boil and cool.
Add the salad ingredients and mix well. Chill.
