Recipe
In a large salad bowl, add fresh, clean, dry greens (baby greens, spinach, lettuce, etc.).
Arrange the ingredients from the deepest dark colors to the lightest.
Top with a dressing of lemon juice and desired oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
