List of Ingredients
1/2 head romaine lettuce
1 cucumber, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
5 scallions, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 cup cf soy feta cheese
Dressing:
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Sea salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/3 cup olive oil
Recipe
Wash and cut vegetables.
Tear lettuce and place in a large salad bowl.
Add cucumbers, tomatoes, scallions, green peppers, and soy feta cheese.
Mix dressing ingredients together and slowly add olive oil.
Sprinkle dressing on top of salad.
