List of Ingredients




2 Tbls almond butter

2 Tbls maple syrup (I used) or honey

1/2 tsp vanilla or ⅛ tsp. vanilla powder

tiny pinch sea salt

scant 1 Tbls oil (olive oil for raw, melted coconut oil for cooked)


2 fresh apples, sliced

Recipe



Gently melt coconut oil.

Stir caramel sauce ingredients together.

For Raw do not heat the oil.
