    List of Ingredients




    2 c coconut meat
    ¼ c cashews soaked 10-12 hours (or pine nuts)
    3 T olive oil
    1 T coconut butter (optional)
    1 T lemon juice
    2 T date paste
    2 cloves garlic
    1 t Celtic salt
    ¼ c Fresh cilantro, stalk cut.

    Recipe



    In high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth, may need to add water to get desired consistency. Pipe with a pastry bag onto ginger corn cakes.

    Makes 1 ½ cups.
