    List of Ingredients

    * 1 lb (700 g) ají amarillo fresco / fresh yellow aji (chili)
    * ¾ cup olive oil
    * Salt

    Recipe

    Cut, seed and devein aji (chili).

    Boil water in a saucepan, remove from heat and soak ají for 2 minutes.

    Repeat this procedure twice.

    Drain and discard water.
