    18 jalapeno peppers
    4 hot banana peppers
    2 jabanero peppers (spl?)
    2 whole garlic bulbs
    4 c cider vinegar
    1 c molasses
    1 tube anchove paste
    water

    Recipe



    Wash & pat dry peppers.

    Place in a uncovered roaster with garlic.

    Roast at 300 for 1 hr.

    Remove from oven and cool.

    After cool, remove stems and cut in half length wise, squeeze garlic out.

    Combine all ingredients in a large stew pot.

    Fill with water.

    Bring to boil and reduce heat to med.

    Simmer until reduced to 2/3 amount.

    Strain into sterile jars and store in fridge.
