List of Ingredients
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 green pepper diced
1/2 onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 8oz container sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp each of oregano, fennel, and black pepper
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp sugar and salt
I T olive oil or other oil
Recipe
I saute the veggies. Then after soft I add the tomatoes and the spices. Sometimes I add in meat sausage or hamburger. It's great I freeze big batches and use for all types of pasta.
