1 tablespoon Dark Molasses
2 tablespoons Xylitol
1/2 cup Ketchup

You can increase or decrease to taste - more ketchup and xylitol will be sweeter, more molasses and marinara won't mix until desired consistency and pour on top of your meatloaf before cooking...
