List of Ingredients




1 can palmitos
2 cups non-dairy cream (like mimic cream or unsweetened nutri-whip)
3 tbspn ketchup
1 tbspn gf worcestershire sauce
Roasted and sliced almonds--



Recipe



Drain the palmitos and blend with the non-dairy cream. Place in a small pot, mix in the ketchup, worcestershire sauce. Heat in a low temperature without reaching boiling point.

Serve over fish or chicken.
