2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup chopped onion
3 garlic clove, crushed
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 1/2 cups water
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt & pepper


Recipe



Brown the onion and garlic in the olive oil.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or
until thick enough for you!
